GOOD STUFF TO KNOW ABOUT POTATOES
Organic Potatoes are our signature crop, and we grow over TWENTY varieties of them! From German Butterball to Purple Majesty, we know our spuds and each variety has been meticulously trialed and selected by us for flavor, texture and top performance in our soils.
STORAGE TIPS
It is best to store your spuds out of the light, in a paper bag in your pantry or somewhere that stays relatively cool (but not cold). They should keep for a number of weeks, but you should check often (if you haven’t used ’em up yet) for sprouting.

Cooking & Eating Tips
There’s all sorts of things you can do with potatoes, but our favorite is to cube them, coat them with olive oil (or our sunflower oil) and roast them at 350 degrees until soft. For a more crispy exterior, try boiling them for 5 or so minutes first.
