Fennel Tuna Salad

- 1 can tuna
- ¼ cup fennel stems, chopped
- 1 garlic scape, minced
- 3 Tbsp. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- fennel leaves, chopped, to taste
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- dash of hot sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Great in sandwiches, on crackers or just all by itself.
