Asparagus is usually eaten cooked, but can also be eaten raw. Depending on your preference, you may want to cut off around an inch of the bottom of the stems, which can be a little tougher for some people’s taste. Sauteed or roasted asparagus is especially delicious – just be careful not to overcook!
